Our mission

Get the world up

We want to get millions of people moving, and keep them moving. Because a body that moves is a better place for a mind to live.

Why Get Up!

Some days, getting out of bed is the hardest rep there is. We know. We've been there. That's why we named the brand after it. Get up. Lace up. Move. The rest gets a little easier.

What the evidence says

Five steps. One is ours.

The NHS sets out five steps to better mental wellbeing. Being physically active is one of them. We're here to make that step the easy one.

01

Connect

Build relationships with the people around you.

02

Be active

Move more. Our whole reason for being.

03

Learn

Pick up new skills. A clean squat counts.

04

Give

Small acts of kindness. Cheer someone on.

05

Notice

Pay attention to the present. Like the last 400 metres.

How we do it

Kit that makes you want to go

Good kit is a nudge. Lay it out the night before and it's half the battle won. So we make ours the best it can be: black, gold and built to last.

Then we add the rest. Programmes that start where you are. Coaches who check in. A community that trains at 6am and celebrates every first.

The Lifeline

A heartbeat on every piece

The thin gold line on your kit is a pulse. It's there to remind you that you're alive, you're moving, and today counts. Look down mid-set. Keep going.

Exercise helps. It isn't the whole answer for everyone. If you're struggling, keep any treatment your doctor has given you, and keep talking. Speak to your GP, call NHS 111, or call Samaritans on 116 123 any time, day or night. If you're in immediate danger, call 999.
